Firm info update

I have got CPA firm approval letter from IRS and also Intuit says it's approved in the system. Why I can not see the same in options? how do I actually see the firm name in TR input screen?

Settings > Update Prepare file > you will need to download a new prep file, then Install Prep file.

Settings > Update Prepare file > you will need to download a new prep file, then Install Prep file.
