How do we change our firm address on the Lacerte prep file?

You have to contact Customer Support for that; then you'll have to download an updated preparer file.

That's how they control the licensing of the program.

Bonus info... you also have to change that info with the IRS for EFEIN purposes & I suspect you'll have to upload the new EFEIN info to Intuit.
