Filing extension for first year of partnership return

Have been trying to file form 7004 for a first year of a partnership return and it keeps getting rejected and each time I change what they ask for it gets rejected again.

Any entity returns due on March 15th had to be extended on or before that date.  Those returns were NOT part of the blanket coronavirus extension.
