filed extension with wrong tax year dates

Form 990...filed an extension request through the e-file extension wizard with a calendar year tax date indicated, rather than a 6/30/2021 year end.  How can I fix this?

Are you sure about the year ends?  The e-filed extension shouldn't have been accepted if it had the wrong year end.

    I agree with @IRonMaN ...  Double check the extension e-file.

    When in doubt, send a paper extension tomorrow (11/15) by certified snail mail.

      Also an extension for a calendar year end 990 would have been due 5/15/21 and the efile would have been rejected for that reason, too.

      The more I know the more I don’t know.
