Federal to NYS Depreciation

My federal assets have already been fully depreciated, but my New York State assets still show remaining depreciation on the NYS Depreciation Worksheet Schedule. However, that depreciation amount is not flowing through to my NYS modifications on Form IT-225. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
