Federal and State ID Numbers not recognized by Lacerte

I'm running into an error when trying to file extensions for a client. I have both the federal and state IDs entered, but Lacerte asks me to "check the federal and state id" 

The numbers are correct and Lacerte won't let me file the extension. 


Please help!

Thank you for stopping by the community and posting a questions. Could you tell me what ID numbers these are? Is there a diagnostic generating and if so what is the Ref# at the end of it? It could be that the checkbox on Client Information screen 1 might need to be checked (see picture).
