Can you use the family link for amended returns?

We have a client that was set up with a family link. The parent receives a K-1 after we had files the tax return.

We copied and renamed the original filed return so we would have a good copy in Lacerte. When we go to family link the renamed file does not show up.

If you filed the linked returns, you should also copy and rename them. They would not be linked with the renamed file, but rather with the original file name.
