Use Lacerte as the only Intuit product.  Received an e-mail titled "Intuit E-Commerce Service" that has an .xls attachment and an invoice number (REP statements don't have an invoice number) and an amount that does not match the balance in our account nor any previous statements.

E-mail address does not match any previous from Lacerte.  Can't post the e-mail address as board rules won't let me.

We do not have quickbooks in the office which quickbooks is part of the e-mail address.

Not opening the attachment.  Is it Fake?

No legitimate invoice is sent in a Modifiable format, such as .xls or .doc. Q: Who would bill a customer with a format that allows the customer to make a change to that original document? A: Scammers with an embedded macro.
