I'm getting California failed transmission reports - no idea why?

I'm in California, have efiled close to 100 returns, and haven't had any fail.  Make sure you've installed updates, and then you'll have to call or email customer support (Tools>Communications>Service Requests / Lacerte Email).  This is only a peer-to-peer exchange forum.
