Failed transmission on state return. Need acknowledgement of accepted as seeing on Lacerte website.

Failed transmission on state return. Need acknowledgement of accepted as seeing on Lacerte website. Lacerte will not help. Called FIVE times. Spoke to FIVE different people to no avail!

Try going to "myAccount" & check for Acks.
