exporting a client letter to a word ducument

i'm trying to  export a client letter in Lacerte to a word document to use mail merge

Do you mean the template? or a specific letter? or the Organizer Letter? 

(1) Simply copy the whole thing (Ctrl + A, Crtl +C) then in Word paste (Ctrl + V)

(2) Print the letter to pdf and open it in word.
