Export/Import Data from Old Server to New Server

I have a new server that is running the software and need to copy over the data from a the old server.

Back-up from the old server to somewhere you can find the info/restore from that somewhere to the new server.

If you aren't aware of the backup function... how have you been making sure you have backups to use in case of a data/or hardware failure?  

You can also copy/paste the actual 'idata, pdata, etc' folders if you are tech savy.

    Is there somewhere that has a list of the directories that I can copy over.  I have access to the old server, just not sure which ones need to be copied over.
