Is there a delay as far as Estimated 2025 IRS electronic payments

I want them to install the option for EXT + ESTIMATES because I have several clients that need to do that.

Please go to the suggestions and vote for it if you like this idea.

Build the Q1 estimate into the extension payment. When return is completed apply overpayment to next year.

Also gives wiggle room if you screwed up the extension calc.

I keep forgetting every year the federal estimates are transmitted only at the time the actual return is e-filed .

Had the client on extension !

I don't think I'd have much fun if my clients were the type who knew where they would be banking next January, and how much money they would have on deposit then.
