eSignature - two needed but both sent to one email address and the spouse can't access the form

I just got a call that my taxpayer's spouse could not access her signature process. The eSignature request was made to each of them, but I used only one email address for each person.  Spouse says she can't access this.  Any suggestions?

They should be able to use the same email in Lacerte.

The issue might be when they get the emails, each one is tied to TP or SP, and the knowledge base authentication for it (to verify the signer's identity) is based on the person. There have seen issues in the past where the taxpayer accidently uses the email that was intended for the spouse, and then can't pass KBA so can't sign it.
