esignature issues

Is anyone else getting the following error message when trying to send esignature request?

"Unable to send eSignature request.  Please try again later.  Contact Customer support if the problem persists."

just spoke with customer service and there is a "widget error" with esignatures and they are working on it now.  Hopefully back up soon

now it appears that when you try to submit the esignature and it fails, Lacerte uses one of the signatures, even though the cannot send it.  How can I get this resolved? anyone else having this issue?

I still can 't send ESignature requests.  Tax deadline is looming 🙂
