I purchased esignature but i do not see it on my account. When should i see it added?

I think I was told when I pre-purchased mine in August that they'd be available/visible in January.

Individual e-file is shut down until January and business e-file was be shut down soon, so I don't think you'd need them yet.

If you don't see them by mid-January in your software, first check your ProConnect account to make sure you were billed for them, and then I'd call or e-mail your sales rep.
