Electronic Withdrawal of Balance Due

I e-filed a clients return on March 8th, 2026. He owed a balance due for Federal and CA, however the payment has still not been withdrawn from the client's personal account as of 03/30/2026. Does it usually take this long for the IRS and FTB to process electronic payments through Lacerte?

    The default is that the payment withdrawals happens on April 15. The program prints date the withdrawal was requested on the E-File Payment Record and on the Filing Instructions. Do those documents show April 15 as the requested payment date?
