what is the best source to find out if the electrical or hybrid new or used car is eligible for tax credit in 2023

    You can google:

    2023 ev tax credit

    Then follow links, because you need to know when the purchase was made, the size of the electric rating, if this is new or used, have the certification if purchased from a dealership, and even input the VIN to confirm. You need at least three sources:
