  i cannot e-file due to error code 41

You may have better luck getting the answer you need by restating the error message you received.  A quick search on Google didn't yield any result from previous posts (other than one related to printing, which seems irrelevant).

Understand you're new to the forum.  Since this is supported by your peers who volunteer their time here and we don't have access to Intuit's internal manuals, your best chance of getting useful answers in the least amount of time is to provide the right context and sufficient info.
