This tax filing has passed Lacerte e-file Validation. 

Does this mean tax return has been sumbmitted for efile?

After clicking on "Send e-file Returns Now", the next step would be to wait for an updated status.  You can press F4 on the client and a window will pop up with an e-file Status tab.
