Received the following pre transmission error report:

Exception occurred during EF batching client: Problem occurred executing EF submission. A task was canceled.

Checked troubleshooting and nothing.  Any ideas?

I ended up doing the following:

1. Deleted the e file.

2. Deleted the PDF attachments.

3. Renamed all PDFs with shorter, distinct names. (Had a problem with long similar names a number of years ago.)

4. Reattached PDFs to the return

5. Did the e file wizard and transmitted.

That seemed to solve the problem.

I'm sorry to be dumb - but how did you delete the e file?

This file does not have a PDF attachment.  I have deleted the efile "file" and rebuilt still get the same error.  And only get this on this file.  Any other support help?

I am having the same issue in February 2023, but I can't find any help either. I am getting a 504 (Gateway Timeout) error. Not sure how to get support through LaCerte - not helpful.
