error exception

ateecception message: processing efile payload request for efileid ind.ny.nyc.1127 and instance tag (none) failed. unable to find any applicable document set in the ooEFXML

@omarmacherclark This error is due to the NYC 1127 not being generated. The form header says this form is for non resident employees of the city. If they are not employees of the city and not a non resident the NYC 1127 checkbox can be removed from the efile section of screen1 client information.

@omarmacherclarktake a look at Screen 1 and uncheck NYC 1127 in the Efile section at the top
