E signature requests for S COrps

Our company has unlimited esignatures. However, when I try to request an esignature thru Lacerte via Docusign, I get an error that I must puchase signatures to continue to request.

For eSignature account related questions, you'd need to contact Support from Lacerte or DocuSign.

That aside, you are aware that e-signature for entity return is not recognized by the IRS, right?  Just wanted to highlight this because some have mistaken that Intuit started offering this new service because there was a change to the IRS' guidelines but there was not.
