e-pay of 2024 federal estimated payments after the 2023 return has been filed

I want to set up electronic payment of the remaining 2024 federal ES payments now (6/15/24) for the remaining 3 payments.  The 2023 federal return has already been filed.  Is there a way to get the remaining estimated payments to be withdrawn from the client's bank account?

Not through the software.  You would have to use the IRS website to get it done.
