e-filing still available for 2020 Amended Form 1120-S

S Corp client just received ERC funds in late 2024 for Employer Retention Credit claim from 2020.

I have to amend 2020 to reduce wages but think that e-filing is not still available.  Am I right?

    You are correct.  Three years open at a time (currently 2024, 2023, 2022).
