E-filing Exception for OR-65s

Since this afternoon, cannot e-file Oregon Partnership returns. The exception received is the one you get when you are attempting to e-file a return that is not present on the return, which is 100% not the case here.

The main message:

“Exception Occurred Attempting to Process E-file(s) for client Number ATEExceptionMessage: Processing efile payload request for efileId par.or

Fed E-file goes through just fine once you uncheck OR. Tried multiple returns, multiple users. Attempted to report [to Rod!] via the "Control + L" function but after doing so, the report is not visable on the home screen, which is why I am complaining here before calling it a night.

Yes, thank you, that link is actually provided within the error message from Lacerte. However, my point is that the return it is identifying as the issue to IS included on each return like normal. It's just an Oregon partnership return. We're an OR-based firm, so we file these all day. All of a sudden we can't file them, period. And it still persists today....

    Hi @shannondb & @George4Tacks
There's been an unexpected behavior reported to development for further review for 2024 OR PAR Exception Error Validating Oregon PTE With v45.0227. I'll keep this thread updated with more information as it's available.

And in case anyone out there is in need of this info, I've discovered that this only happens if an OR-21/PTE return is included as well. While that will e-file just fine separately, if you turn it off for e-file momentarily, the OR-65 will validate and e-file. So at least there is a workaround.
