I have been using Lacerte and e-filing for many years and relatively recently lost my e-file capabilities. Although I have reapplied after fixing the problem, I have been rejected for a different reason and now find myself unable to e-file. I have about 15 clients that are waiting on my e-file status to be restored but it will be another 45 days before that happens. Is there a way that I can team up with a Lacerte user in the Ventura, California area that would be willing to help?

Hi  Welcome to the Community and thank you for sharing about the issues you're experiencing. The next best step would be to contact with Lacerte Support as they can remote in and take a closer look at what might be happening.

 I believe OP is saying IRS revoked his efiling privilege. Support can't help with that.
