Keep getting this error "Exception occurred during EF batching client: XXXX
Problem occurred executing EF submission."
Have spent hours on the phone with Lacerte "troubleshooters" have reinstalled program, tried filing Fed and State separate.......being told this error only affects "farmers, Iowa, Ohio, Idaho...." none of these clients fall into any of those categories. Reps keep saying Lacerte is working on it.
Meanwhile I have clients WAITING for refunds while Lacerte holds them HOSTAGE.
