Where do I go to download Lacerte 2023 program after I log in? I keep getting directed to "Training Portal".

That's my issue.  When I go to "My Account" and sign in, instead of going to where I can download the program, I'm directed to  "Training Portal"  Do you know why I'm taken to "Training Portal"?

Are you new to Lacerte? Maybe your account is not set up and paid for yet? If the following link does not get you to where you want, call support 1-800-933-9999 (Weekdays 6am - 5pm PT)

    If you are a Lacerte user and only see "Training & Support" when you log in, you need updated permissions. Here's how your Firm Admin can change user roles.
