Downloading 2020 Lacerte Error browser not supported

I have been trying to download 2020 and I keep getting an error that says Browser is not supported. I have 2021 no problem I don't understand why I can't get past this. All the issues I saw on this are for logging in. Nothing about downloading. I have a BRAND NEW computer.

Congrats on the brand new computer...

Use WebSetUp or ToolHub to install the program.  This resets to the correct browser (as IE is no longer supported).

I tried using the tool hub I got the same error message

Make sure Tool Hub is up-to-date?  I just updated mine.
