download lacerte 2016

I am trying to download Lacerte tax 2016. When I clicked setup file, it asked about download PREP file. for some reason, it does not go on. I need a help tonight asap

Go to MyAccount & download the 2016 prep file to a flash drive, or to your desk top, or anywhere you can find it.

Then copy/paste the prep file into the 2016 Lacerte directory.
