Donee signature page attachment

I have an entry for a security contribution in form 8283.  I get a Critical error stating: "For electronic filing purposes, a donee signature document must be included as a binary attachment. ref 2060167"

I can't find where to actually attach this as it just brings me back to the main 8283 page.

Any help??

        You shouldn't need it for a donation of publicly traded securities, even if >$5,000.

        I think you filled out the wrong part of the 8283.

        I've found it under the attach pdf.  For whatever reason I didn't see the drop down yesterday and the Form 8283 option.  All is well

          What are you attaching in the pdf attachment section?

          Securities are not reported on Part B of Form 8283.  You have to move the input to Part A.
