Does the Nov 20-21 tax season readiness virtual conference qualify as enrolled agent CPE credit, or only CPA? What category is the CPE credit for?

Those courses do not qualify for EA CEs.  See details in this link: https://jumpshare.com/v/HGmId1kOzZc8fPx2vXE6

If you need CE, you may like to consider these courses instead and look for those with CE hours.  These are mostly on Federal Tax but there is one for Ethics: https://proconnect.intuit.com/training/lacerte/

CPAacademy.com also offers free CE in a wide range of subjects, mostly for Federal Tax.

In short - CPA = CPE, everybody else = CE.
