Does Lacerte charge a fee to efile extension?

No separate fee, but if you're on REP you'll get charged for the return.

The REP fee includes the return and extension.

    The REP fee is for the "right" to process & file a complete return.  There's no separate, or different, or special charge for an extension.  Nor can you pay charge to "just" file an extension.
