Does lacerte allow you to put multiple codes in column F on the 8949? Trying to adjust the gain for a wash sale & market discount but it is only generating the wash sale.

No, it doesn't support multiple adjustments. Neither does it use the notation suggested in the filing instructions for multiple adjustments.
In this case, you may want to just enter the net adjustment, use a single code, and track the breakdown in your workpaper separately.
