Does anyone know if Lacerte will be offering BOI filing with the 2023 software?

With the new requirement in 2024 I wondered if Lacerte might add a feature to send the BOI form?

    I think it's too soon to know because FinCEN hasn't even released the ability to file yet.  Also, there's still the possibility of a deferral of implementation.

    Also, check with your professional liability insurance. CAMICO is saying (for California at least), they consider it UPL (unauthorized practice of law) and won't cover me for filing it.  I plan to refer clients to an attorney.
