Display issues-screen frozen

I'm using double monitors.  When I click on a link such as "Statement 4" I can't see Statement 4.  Therefore I can't click "OK" and my screen becomes frozen.  

I'm working from home via VPN and this destroys me.  I can't see a way to reboot the host computer.
