Diaster NOL from 2023 Carry forward. Anything Special.

We are in the Midwest and don't really see disaster NOL's. Usually business. NOL. 

do these have any special rules. It has a carry forward from 2023 from a Southern Hurricane that the insurance did not take care of all the loss.
