Dependents drop off parents health insurance and add to Health Ins Marketplce last three months of yr

How do I enter if a dependent turned 26 and picked up Health Insurance MarketPlace?  I entered the 1095-A  screen 39 then for Jan - Sept do I enter a 1 for minimum essential coverage not indicated elsewhere?

That seems reasonable, but is there an option to say he had Marketplace insurance?

I'm assuming this is for state purposes, because there isn't a need to indicate that for federal purposes.
