Deletion of Form 2441 from client tax program

How can I delete information on Form 2441

    Determine what is causing the form to populate and remove that information would be my suggestion.

      Delete everything from Screen 33.1 AND Screen 10 (just W-2 Box 10 inputs for DCB wage deferrals).
