Deleting a former officer - still shows 0/0 hours on 990 VII

My supervisor deleted a former officer who is no longer compensated by the company. The officer is deleted, but our 990 VII is showing a blank line except for column B - it shows 0/0 for average hours. Our CPA firm will not approve with this showing.

I've tried deleting other former directors, and it works fine. How can I remove this blank line.? Lacerte 2020, Tab 38.4, Former Officers, Directors, Trustee Compensation

If someone else runs into this problem, here's what finally worked. The former director deleted was at number 1. I had to delete the other former directors and reenter them along with their compensation in order to move the them up to lines 1-x. This got rid of the empty line on 990 VII with the 0/0 hours
