Question

Customer did not itemize so no state refund to claim as income. Software is wanting information from 1099-G and will not allow me to e-file without. How do I clear?

Customer did not receive a 1099-G. I have tried removing the form worksheet several times but it will not remove.

    Are you sure this is Lacerte? If so enter -1, which is universal in Lacerte for a zero (0) in the amount field

    In screen 14, you should see a 1. name of state agency and at the bottom of that box is Add and Delete - Click Delete
