Critical diagnostic #17618 - negative interest on state return (AL)

Critical diagnostic #17618 - negative interest on sch B, but there are NO negative interest entries.  The e-file wizard do not allow to "override" and move forward with the diagnostic.  Any suggestions?

I'm attempting to get more information on this diag but it doesn't come up in the tool.  Please verify that the diag number is correct and I'll recheck for you. Thank you.
