converting prior year atx files to lacerte

I have purchased a practice that was an ATX cpa.  I wish to convert client files for use in Lacerte.  Any thoughts?

I did the same thing a few years ago.  I believe we sent the atx files to Lacerte and they converted them.

Yes, ATX files will convert.
