is there a consent to disclosure of tax return information form in lacerte?

    I don't think so.

    I recommend a paragraph in your engagement letter on consent to disclose.  AON/AICPA has the proper language.

    Also, I recommend that you update your WISP policy and make sure your practice conforms with that policy.
