client with blank 1095 A
Client's 2021 return was rejected because the system shows he should've gotten a 1095 A. He did provide us with one, but every box is blank/empty except for his name and ssn (which is in the "covered individuals" section, not the top "recipient" section). I've never seen such a thing. Has anyone else encountered anything like this?
