Client letter templates not working?

We have a number of custom letter templates we select and use for our pdf copies.  And this letter goes to safe send.  The main one has our letterhead embedded.  And now, they are ALL blank?!  Eek!  In Partnership, in Individual.  Those printed and saved earlier in the year - blank - no letterhead.  Proper letter template still selected.  What happened?  Will the next update fix?  Hope so!  

Am I crazy?  Anyone else seen this?

Well it took 3 hours to be half fixed via phone support.  And then the deadline was approaching - so this will be dealt with more for the next season.  Sigh.
