Client Letter organization
Hi Everyone,
I went to print my first client return for the TY 2022, and the client letter is not the same as I'm used to. I use Lacerte Tax (desktop). The current letter, after salutations, starts with "enclosed for your review", lists forms, and then simply references filing instruction sheets for all other details; it also omits ES payments summary. Can this be changed to the previous format that is in paragraph/summary form and looks more professional?
Under Letter setting and defaults, I can see that the language from before is still there, but it is not used. How does the program decide which defaults to use?
