CLIENT FILES MISSING FROM LISTING, WHEN TRIED TO PROFORMA AGAIN IT SAYS THE FILE IS ALREADY THERE. BUT I CANNOT FIND IT. FILE HAS DATA ALREADY ENTERED, 4TH TIME IN 2020

Verify that your data path is correct/consistent.

When you try to proforma, make a note of 'where' the program is sending the files.  Then change your data path in the program (Settings, Options, Setup) to see if your missing files are there.
