Clearing user data / profile

Hello,

could someone remind me where to go to delete the local user data?

I had a Intuit tech show me, but I can't remember.

Do you want to remove the options settings, or do you mean something else by local user data?

I would like to say it is cached user data that gets stored locally where Lacerte gets installed. 

A user was having issues opening Lacerte and uninstalling it wasn't resolving the problem. 

A Intuit tech had me delete a folder.

Go to %appdata% in file explorer. Open the Lacerte folder. Then delete the file called w20tax.ini. That file has a few settings specific to the local install of Lacerte.
